I recently visited the Avalon in Alpharetta (3.30.15) and took many photos of the residential townhomes, store fronts and overall area. The total size of this mixed use community is 500,000 square feet. It was a beautiful Spring day and the sky was blue. Great to see everything bright and shiny after such a cold winter here in Alpharetta.
I found the townhomes (Grand Row Homes ) to be very elegant from the exterior. I was surprised and happy to see that Avalon even has a dog park for its residences. (Photos Below).
The lease properties and condos appear to be above the retail shops and they are beginning to break ground on the Estate and Garden homes at time of post. There will be a total of 25 Single Family Homes and 76 Courtyard Homes upon completion.

I will continue to visit Avalon to keep you posted on the new residential properties as well as restaurant reviews and photos throughout the year. Avalon is a great asset to have here in North Fulton. Certainly better than when it sat there as an empty abandoned concrete development failure during the real estate hard times.
